Glad to know what to do with them. Guess I could have read the bag. LOL.
Karen liked to snack on them frozen. She'd get a handful and munch on them like peanuts or something. I did buy some soynuts to try, and they are okay. Hubby did not like them at all. I can see using them in salads, both the beans and the nuts. Thanks for sharing!!!

I have seen it in NYC, especially in places where sushi is sold, or in funky little hip delis. I didn't know what it was though. I thought it was very spicy - I guess I was wrong.
They sell them dried as a snack, like chips. They are not tasty in that form.

They are on the salad bar at Ruby Tuesdays, that is when I discoverd how good they are in salads.
