A decent hair straightener.
A professional camera (Nikon/Cannon) or a replacement battery for my oldie but goodie Kodak because it takes decent pictures and it still works even though it's been through hell and back. To be able to eat as much dessert and traditional comfort food having it magically not contain any calories or fat so as not to gain a pound!
