I'm not one to complain much when I hurt. My husband used to act like it was never as bad as I let on and he would ignore me so I've just learned not to say much. Diana, I have a question if you don't mind
Sometimes my hands are really stiff in the mornings. They feel just like you described yours. Now I get that same pain in my wrists, and sometimes in my elbows...it aches but it goes away. Is that arthritis pain, doc?

I get bad pain in my wrists some days cannot even hold a cup, can last a week or so then ease off, Doc?
