It had been REALLY cold that week, snowy and icy, but by the weekend it was warm again. It just wasn't warm enough to melt the ice yet. The only time I felt cold during the hike was when we were hanging out by the waterfall. The mist coming from the ice made that whole place cold, but other than that it was a nice day.

OK, that must have felt surreal...ice everywhere but warm enough for short sleeves! That's awesome
