Janet, is you back better?
The same day mine went out, I started vomiting, thought it was from the pain, then had fever and chills. It was 80 that day and covered up with 3 blankets and had the chills like never before in my life. Still am not over what ever it was. Have fever blisters so I assume it was a virus. My back is fine now.

Yes, I'm fine so far!!! Thank you for asking. It's warmer today and I took a small walk. I love walking outside. I'd do more and longer if I didn't have to go alone.

Janet i can't wait to start walking, i take Micah with me, and sometimes the dogs but that gets very hard for me, two dogs and a stroller
 they dogs get all tangled up running like crazy.if i take Micah i walk longer, plus pushing at 40lb kid is building up my arm muscles.. i pack water and snacks for Micah, and i can't forget his sunglasses or he throws a fit.. LOL
