Hi Gina!!! I miss you too. I hope you don't have to work for nothing much longer.

The old-timer teachers at the NYC Dept. of Ed have a strict policy of never working unless you get paid for it. The newbies are afraid to do that. We older teachers had tenure and the newbies don't get it so fast. They can be fired too. We could
not be fired easily at all.

Nowadays, everybody has to do things like work for nothing. Sucks!!
