This is gonna be an interesting thread! No matter how perfect another person thinks your body is, everyone has problems with themselves. I have friends who tell me I could model, and other friends who call me "Spaghetti Arms" When I was growing up people called me a monkey because of my long skinny limbs. I've always been a little self-conscious about my arms, but if I try to buff them up at all, they just look like pure muscle, which is a look I don't want on myself, so I settle for the spaghetti.

I agree no one is happy with their bodies. I have gained 8 pds. myself in the last two years. I can't seem to take it off. I am still a sz. 6 but I fill them out a bit..lol Girls it gets harder as you get older to lose it. I need to drink more water but thats the problem I can't..lol I also need to walk, I never get the chance. See I know what I must do...lol It is frustrating...

I don't like it! That pretty much sums it up, LOL.
![]() The mental anquish that I see most women go through about there own body image is horrible. Id really like to see a change with all that. Society doesn't help either with the glamourous expectations it throws at us day after day. Not to mention the seeds it plants in our teens minds. It's a viscious cycle that I hope to see come to an end some day. |
