Yum, beef stew and cornbread!

I love beef stew too! When I make roast, potatoes, carrots and onions, I save the leftovers, gravy included, cut everything up, throw in a can of V-8 juice and voila! you have beef stew and it is very very GOOD.

I like homemade bread with this, but cornbread is good too!

I make stew out of anything I cook

When I'm cooking for just myself there's always leftovers, so if I roast a chicken or a beef roast or bison roast, I will make sandwiches for a few days and then cut up the rest and throw it in the slow cooker with some veggies and spices!
My mom makes delicious hamburger soup but I've never tried to make it. I always have enough in my freezer from her!
