Today Is Mom's Birthday

Today my Mom would have been 89 years young. I miss her so much. Whenever I was sick or not feeling good I always wanted my Mom, even as old as I am. With everything going on concerning my neck....I really wish she was here.

Of course you miss her! She is with you, Janet. I still talk to my Dad, (not in publiuc though) I always feel better when I talk to him.

Thanks Judy...I still talk to my dad also and he's been gone since '73. Does make me feel a bit better when I do talk to them.

Judy and Janet, you must have been daddy's girls. I'm a momma's girl, even though I loved my dad. They died 8 months apart, but it was my mom's death that almost did me in.

I have to admit Gayle, she wasn't always a good Mom, I always loved her, but there was a time I didn't like her very much.

I'll be glad when this year of firsts is over too Betsi. Been very rough.

I was a daddy's girl. My younger brother was more outgoing than I was and he was the baby, so I always felt a little slighted by Mom, but never felt that way with Dad.
