I am furious and so sad
My sis and and niece came over earlier. I had my dogs in my room with me.
It was time for them to go back to their playpen so they could eat and go outside to take care of business so in they went. Next thing I heard my chickens cry and I look out the window. My chickens were out of their coop  . I new Lil' Man must have caught one and I scream to my boy (who was closer to the back door) to get my chickens. It was already to late for one. I am so MAD  . I always took precautions on having them separated and my kids know everything I do to prevent something like that happening. I saw my poor chicken die  . I have them as pet as well so I am taking it pretty hard.

Aww, he was just following I stints, don't ya think? I'm sorry you lost a chicken, but don't be too upset.

Janet, I'm not mad at my dog at all. Is my sis and my kids who know I take great care of any of my pets. And it was extremely irresponsible to leave the chickens out of their coop without supervision or locking the doggy door.

So sorry, Jessica. It's so hard to have a pet die like that. No matter how cautious you are accidents happen.
