				New Years Resolutions

Is anyone making a resolution for 2013??? I have decided to learn to speak French better. I know enough to get by but I'm not so good at putting together sentences! We plan to travel more throughout Canada in the coming years and it would be handy to be fluent in French if we travel East! So that's what I'm going to do in 2013. Anyone else have one?

That sounds like a good resolution, Lindsey. My resolution is to continue with my exercise program. I took an exercise class this fall and really learned some good things about exercise and have several routines I that I am doing at home (but I need to be a bit more regular with them). So I resolve to continue and expand my exercise routines! I signed up for a flexibility class starting this Wednesday, but the class didn't have enough sign up to make, so the instructor said she would give me a refund or do a few personal training sessions with me. I've always wanted to have a personal trainer for a few sessions, so this will be great. When I exercise my hamstrings just KILL me, so I've always wanted a personal trainer to give me some exercises that will help my hamstrings. The regular stretches the books/guides tell you to do are just not enough to keep them from really hurting after exercise.

Reading my Bible more is always a top resolution! Other than that I haven't really made any but I'm going to get back on my diet. I've gained most of my weight back but even if I don't lose weight the diet is good for being diabetic and I feel better when I'm on it.

I don't make resolutions because I never keep them. I think to do my best, and to be my best is what I try to work towards. I also always work to choose happiness and to like and be good to everyone as a general rule.

I don't make NY resolutions, like Judy, I never keep them for long. I did have a talk with myself though. It may sound like a resolution or two but its mainly to be a better person. To complain less and be more positive towards myself and others.
