introduction
Hi I am Lisa. I am from yorkietalk where I am Chachi. I am married and I have two kids, a daughter who is 6 and a son who is 21. I have two yorkies and a cat. My Husband and i are looking to build a new house in 6 months. I lok forward to getting to know everyone.

Hi, Lisa. I'm married to a home builder, and have built new homes for ourselves several times. It's scary, challenging, and can really be a lot of fun. Visited a Parade of Homes in San Antonio, TX, today, in fact. The new fixtures and appliances are awesome. Love the new glass sinks, especially for the bathrooms. This is a great time to build from a design stand point. Just remember to trust yourself. You know what you like and what you want in your home. If you love it, that's what matters. You are the one who will live there and it has to reflect who you are, and be an environment you are comfortable in, where you enjoy living. Color is an extremely important design feature. If your colors are right, things just work. Wish you a rewarding and exciting adventure.
