YOU on a Diet?
Has anyone else read this book? I just bought it today and must say it sure is interesting... saw him on Oprah last year and forgot to buy the book ...now that I have I am so glad... I really think this works...

I have had this book for months and months now. I have yet to find the time to read it.

I haven't read this book, but these guys look really familiar. I think they had something to do with some of the Anti-Inflamitory Diet books that are out.

I don't remember hearing about this book and I watch Dr. Oz on Oprah whenever he is on. I love his knowledge. I will check out the site more and the book has to be a good one. I'll add it to my list.

I dont remember hearing about this book either, like Janet, i have watched most of Dr. Oz on the Oprah show. He has such great knowledge!! I'll have a look, and see if i can find the book around here. Thanks for sharing
