Can't Loose It !??
I have been trying to loose weight for almost 2 weeks now and NOTHING is coming off. I have been walking 2 or 3 times a week (I live in the side of a mountain and so my roads are NOT flat lol) I have been drinking more water and have cut back on what I eat! I am just so sick of not being able to loose any weight. Has anyone else had this problem?? Does anyone have any idea what I am doing wrong???

Aww! I'm sorry you haven't lost any weight yet, but I bet when you do, it'll all be worth it! And besides, even if you aren't seeing any effects right now, you're still improving your health by being more active. Good luck!

Muscle weighs more then fat, so it's possilbe you are burning fat, but gaining muscle so you don't see the results in your scale. You should check your measurements (like waist & thigh) You might see results there before you see them on the scale. Keep your chin up anyway you look at it it's good for.

I know exactly what you mean Michelle, we work so hard and then don't see it on the scale. We really do need to measure. Me....I've just given up for now.

I don't have a scale in my house (with reason) i just feel weight loss on my clothes, it's horrible, more like a nightmare when they feel tight
Michelle, don't give up, you most probably are losing fat, but muscle build is making you feel like you arent. It sure sounds like you are doing the right thing

OK my scales still say I weigh about the same. I had been walking about 3 miles a week. Then it started to rain all the time. SO As soon as the rain let up I was out there walking. I am still watching what I eat and I have cut back soooo much that it ins't even funny. I did measure myself so I will be keeping a check on that. Another thing that I ma loosing is a small pouch that I have been carrying around. I can see and feel that it is getting smaller. Is it possible to actually loose fat like that and not see it on the scale yet??? I sure hope so or everything I have done is for nothing!
