What's on top of your tree?

What do you have decorating the top of your Christmas tree?

I put an angel on top of my tree to compliment the angels and dolls on the rest of it.

treetop.jpg She too is hanging by a thread LITERALLY. My tree top is pretty wimpy and doesn't want to supposrt her so we had to put a thread on her and connect her to the wall in order to keep her on there. LOL If you look on the wall behind the tree you can see where it's attached.

Our Santa is having the same issue Tink. The top of our tree is wimpy also so we have a coat hanger up Santa's butt and wrapped around underneith. Because he's heavier then the tree top it makes our tree lean. It's ridiculous! LOL

Awww the joys of decorating!!

I have an angel on top of my tree, but I'm too lazy right now to take a picture of it.

We've had fog and rain all day and it's been so dreary it makes me sleepy. I just bend that top pointing branch in half and my little angel sit pretty good...so far.

We have a bow on ours because it's just one of the small 1.5-2 ft trees. (Like Judy's!)

Because it's just the two of us, we decided not to do a big tree. Maybe next year. I'm hoping to get one off of Freecycle after the holidays.

Angie, Katie and Josh (her boyfriend) are moving into an apartment and I have a 3' tall fibre optic tree they plan to use. So you're not alone in not doing the big production. It's a lot of work!

We got to help Mom and the kids put up their tree. That was enough for us this year. Did Katie and Josh get to help you decorate yours?

I'd have loved some help, but no one was willing, so I did it alone.
