Our first snowstorm
It was about 12", but clean-up was great! It was just so pretty, especially from inside!

Gorgeous pictures!!! I can't imagine that much snow - how much does the area typically get? Does it melt off in the winter or does the ground stay snow covered?

I'm not sure. I'm on the tops of the mountains, so I'm expecting lots of snow. I don't know if it all melts.

It's beautiful Judy! I can't wait for it to snow here So weird that we haven't had any yet! We actually broke a record last week for the highest temperature recorded. I hate winter driving, but I got my winter tires on my car, and Halloween is over, so now I'm excited for snow and Christmas!!!!

Thanks for sharing your snow with me...it's the only snow I'll see all season I'm afraid. We're still in short sleeves here. It's crazy to think it's already snowstorm weather elsewhere. :-) Hehe.

Even though I absolute do not like snow (not even a little bit) you live in a beautiful scenic area or snow or for no snow. You are very blessed to wake up to such beautiful surroundings every day. It's suppose to be mid-70's here and 75 again tomorrow. Love it love it love it!!!! I wish the temps would stay like this forever!

It's so hard to believe that you're getting snow already!!! Especially 12 inches!!! The pictures are really beautiful! You have large windows too so you'll really be able to enjoy the views! I hope that you're well stocked and stay nice and warm.

Wow! You're all in such warm weather. Actually, it's in the high 50's here.
That first picture is from my kitchen window, one is from my deck, and 2 are from my front steps. It is so beautiful it's breathtaking. Here are the same trees from my kitchen window in their autumn glory.

I can't believe you already have snow!! never mind 12 inches!! OMG!! I live in Central Mass...right in the snow belt!! OH YEY! we got flurries the other day...I love they way the snow makes everything look so clean and pure but, I would much rather have the sun and heat!! I must be getting old! LOL...this kind of weather never used to bother me...If I never had to go out until spring I wouldn't mind it at all!! .
