Sorry, but I'm always one to take the bull by the horns.....I'd knock them both in the head!!
The only other advice....communication....openly ask what is going on....and do the same with your cousin.

i watch Dr. Phil everyday while im on the treadmill and stepper
 LOL..sorry but hubby would have his butt kicked and cousin would be out of my life!!! just my two cents...
