It rained ALL NIGHT!
I can't believe it!!!
Every time I woke up, I could hear the rain coming off the roof - there is a downspout right by my bedroom window. I think it rained slowly and gently all night long. It is still dark, or I would check the rain gauge. Do you know how long it has been since it rained THIS MUCH at my house??? I'm so excited! But I know that Sandy is having to move her daughter's wedding indoors  I hope things go well for her and her daughter. WOOOO HOOOO! I don't have to drag around the hoses and water the yard today!

I am glad its finally raining by you girls.. It is raining for the last two days by me also.. Not a happy camper for it rained most of the summer..Tomorrow suppose to clear up..

We've had rain off and on like that all week here. Isn't it awesome!!!!!!! We are all sooooo thankful!!!! We haven't had enough yet to really replenish our needs, but it's definitely very very welcomed and very very appreciated!!!! No one is complaining at all about the rain.

I'm so glad you've gotten the rain you wanted and needed. I know you still need more, but what a welcome relief....for awhile. We are having a beautiful fall weekend, but next week is calling for rain on Tues, Wed. and Thurs. We'll see.

I'm so glad that you finally have rain!! I so wish that I could have sent some of what we had. Hopefully this will be the end of your dry spell.

Just saw on the Today Show weather that Texas is getting quite a bit of rain in the east central area. I hope it's helping everyone there. It also said that there are areas still very dry.

I've really been enjoying the rain. We moved the wedding inside and nobody complained. It wasn't raining at music time, but the place had gotten several showers throughout the day and it was way too muggy.

Yes Sandy...would love to see pictures of the wedding.
I'm just glad you all got some rain. I love a light rain on Saturday mornings while I'm sitting on the porch with my coffee. So clean smelling.
