Uses for Vinegar

I didn't know where to post this so I'm posting it here.
I can't believe how cheap white distilled vinegar is and all the things you can do with it.
I have started using it for most of my cleaning around the house.
It may not smell the best but it really kills the germs.
e-coli is one of the things it kills.
Uses:
Glass cleaner no streaking
Toilet Bowl Cleaner
Counter Top Cleaner
Oven Cleaner
You can also put a small amount in your dogs water dish and it will get rid of Fleas.
It will keep Cats off your countertops or anywhere else you don't want your cats to be.
Microwave Cleaner
You can feed it the acid loving plants and flowers. Like Hydrangas
It shines crome
Hummingbird feeder Cleaner
Cuts Grease
The list goes on just check it out on the net go to Cleaning with Vinegar.

It cleans the coffee maker really good too. I use water mixed with bleach most of the time for cleaning.

I used vinegar and newspapers to clean my windows and they really shone. I even got compliments after I did that.

You can also use vinegar to help get rid of hard water deposits, like around your faucet knobs.

Great thread!!!!

Wow! I didn't know it was good for that many different things. Amazing! I'm going to try some of the things you listed. Cleaners are expensive and if it will clean commodes and such......I will certainly try it! Thanks Linda.

It also takes odors out of the air if you leave a little container of vinegar hidden in a room
