Long Day...seems like.
I had to pick Mom up at 8:00 this morning and take her to the Out-patient Center to have the catheter put back in her abdomen. We were there until about 12:30 and then had to go to the kidney dialysis center so they could flush out the cath. Finally got Mom home at 2:00. She's in a lot of pain...at least I think so, Mom has a very low pain tolerance.
My brother and his wife will pick up her pain meds and are taking her something for supper. Tomorrow...they are taking her to her hemo dialysis. Mom will still have to have the hemo done for 3-4 weeks so the cath in her abdomen will heal first. This hemo dialysis makes her so tired so she is looking forward to being able to do the dialysis at home again. I hope she is able to sleep good tonight because she'll have to be over to the center by 6 am.

Janet, you and your mom are both in my thoughts and prayers. You are a very strong person to go through everything and help your mom so much. Hugs!

Janet, I'm so sorry that your Mom still isn't better. I know what a hardship it is for you and your family.....at least your brothers are helping you out. You're in my thoughts and prayers.
