Get together!
I was looking back at some old threads and saw the one about us all getting together on a cruise. I know for some of us...me included..I don't know if that could be in my budget.
Are we ever going to try and get together? I want to meet all of you so bad. I've met Diana and I love her soooo much. I'm hoping to get to visit her this summer after the puppies are gone. It would be so nice if there was some way for all of us or at least most of us could get together. I think we were looking for the cruise to be in 2011 but couldn't we find some way to meet sooner? Of course there will be always something in someone's way...like for me...the puppies. But hopefully they'll be in their new homes by the end of July. We start school August 31 this year due to some construction going on at the school. Maybe I'm wanting to rush it...I don't know.

Mike and I are going to Wisconsin to get a puppy from Tink around Aug 24th. What are the chances that we could meet a day or 2 before that Janet and Diana?

A meetup sounds good. I'm available in late August. Would have to be on a weekend. I don't have any vacation left. I could fly Friday evening and return Sunday evening.

Hi all from Alaska. I would love to meet up with all of you too. I'm thinking maybe Kansas would be a central place for some of us. Of course, not for Lindsay
My school starts about 25th of Aug. But I could get away a fri, sat, sun, mon most any weekend.

You're all welcome to meet here or at a local town if that works for everyone.......or anywhere else you decide. We could meet at KC or Wichita....Tulsa or Joplin.....I don't know if Joplin has much of an airport if you want to fly in.
I can find hotels for us all. KC has a really neat museum where a sunken steamship was dug up and all of the artifacts were in really good shape. I've heard that it's very interesting to see. Just let me know what you intend to do!!! Or let me know where we're going!!! I'll be there!!!!

KC should be easier for Janet, right? It's fine for us. We need to be in west central Wisconsin by about Aug. 24th. Can we say ROAD TRIP??
