Your home is so cozy and pretty Gayle! I love the floors!
I think my house is also 1200 sq ft., but on 2 floors. I was surprised when I moved in because I had way too much stuff from my apartment in Brooklyn! It was a bit larger. I wouldn't care about the dog messes. I still would love a wood floor! Enjoy it!
