Doesn't it though?? It's good advice, but a lot harder to do when you have your home, family, work, kids, pets, friends and everything else under the sun to worry you. Sometimes I think it's just we get so caught up in everything and we need to learn to say...is this really that important and if not toss it in the air!!! We don't do that though. For some reason we hang on to it and it surfaces throughout the night. I have heard that if we can find closure on things during the day, we don't worry so much about it in our sleep.
