Any Other Texans W/weather?

I'm in Central Texas and the weather was insane the night before, but as soon as morning came it all cleared out, we're all safe here. and today ended up being an absolutely gorgeous day. An Army friend of mine was almost called out to Houston to help with the clean up, but they called him just before he left and let him know they didn't need him.

I was surprised because I didn't realize that you had tornados that far south and into Mexico except with hurricanes.

Oh yeah, we always get tornadoes, just nothing big enough to get us on the national news
