I am just now getting back onto my diet. Before school was out I was doing good but then I slacked off.I have been drinking me a slim fast in the morning,I eat cereal for lunch, the whatever I fix for dinner, plus exercising. The kids go back to school on the 21st so I should have more time to exercise.

I just can't seem to shed these 5 pounds! I don't want to give up though. I do cheat on dinner a lot.
Good luck with yours!

I'm getting better. I forgot how long it takes to really get into a diet. I'm still cheating but less and less.
I bought Lean Cuisine paninis for dinner - pathetic, but I'll eat them. I can make my own and freeze them. I'm also doing absolutely no exercise. Those 5 pounds WILL come off! When is another story. My daily cheat is chocolate cake. I bet I can make fat free or at least low fat chocolate cake.
