Yes, we are doing a Celtic wedding. We are both of Irish ancestory and love the history. My colors will be white, silver and blue. We are doing a traditional Celtic handfasting ceremony and hoping to have the wedding outdoors. We also hope to have a potluck dinner, but that will be hard considering some friends will be flying in and staying in hotels. Oh well, I have time to figure it out.

Thank you! I was so picky about the dress. It has to be ordered and custom made, but it is exactly what I want and my hubby said one way or another I will have it.

Thank you!! I'm so excited! Mum keeps getting worried that I'm not getting things exactly as I want, but I love everything!!

We're doing a tropical theme, he and I very much love all things tropical so it goes great with both our personalities. Though an outdoor wedding would go great, I don't want to mess with the weather and heat issues, so we're havin it at the church building we both worship at. It's a kinda retro building but we're decorating it pretty well with palm trees and bogenvelias (sp?) and I'm making lines of flowers and crystals to hang infront of the baptistry. The bouquet is made of various tropical orchids, orange roses, and other flowers, the florist is excited to be doing it I'm still not sure what we're doing with the pews...but here's pictures that I have for concepts so far

Everything looks so lovely, Melissa!!! If I know your Mom everything will be just perfect and you'll have a very beautiful wedding!!! It certainly looks like everything is coming together very well.

Everyone's pictures are beautiful. I love how all of the dresses are different in style and everything. Becky that veil is awesome. Where did you find something like that at?
