Judy, you were talking about laminate floor and I told you that Hubby doesn't think very highly of Pergo, that it does not hold up so well. He told me today that what he would suggest that you check into would be the Armstrong Nature's Gallery Exotic Collection. He absolutely loves the Yorkshire Walnut, but they do offer other colors. He says this product has a matt finish which looks nicer and does not show footprints and soil as much as the shiny surfaces of some other laminates.

However with our interest rate, just over 4% for a 15 year fixed, and the design works well for us, location is convenient. Guess we'll stay for a while.  Hope you aren't too far from NYC so that when Melissa and I go there next year, which we are planning, we will get to see you and Gina. Congratulations on such an exciting adventure!!!
