Hey Janet, with all the extra money you saved not hiring a painter, when your done painting, i think you should treat yourself to a day out, get your hair done, buy some new clothes, you know pamper yourself for the day

Janet, I'm sorry to hear that you're in pain from painting. I can certainly understand the back ache and knee pain that comes from doing stuff. I just recommend taking ibuprophen while you're painting and afterwards. Also a long hot bath is required!!!!! I bet that everything looks really nice and you'll be thrilled when you're done with it!!!

I suggest you take some of the cash you saved by doing the work yourself and go to a spa or at least get a masseuse to help with your aches and pains. You've definitely earned it!
